Welcome to our third July issue,

In this issue we are drawing your attention to the Channel 4 Dispatches documentary on family court that is broadcast at 10pm this evening (20th July 2021).

We are also reminding you of the Surviving Separation course, starting on 27th July 2021 and taking place over 8 weeks on Tuesday evenings. The course will , tutored by FNF members, which provides a broad examination of the problems and solutions facing separated parents who are denied parenting opportunities with their children. At a cost of just £20 for non-members and £10 for members, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Finally, we have developed a glossary for the most commonly used legal terms in family courts which you may find helpful.
